| Ah, ok. You have to get it in-game. Main Menu > Extras > Exclusive Content Prox. Mines were at the bottom of the list on mine  It says they are available in the following scenes: White Box Labs 3rd Echelon HQ Michigan Ave Res. Downtown District White House | |
