After looking through the achivements for SCC i noticed the achivement for completing the Ira mission....Why would Sam need to go to Iraq? Ideas?

Her killing Sarah is a pretty good guess, can\'t think of anything else that could be it. Just gonna have to play the game three days before you and figure out. lol!

Well she does help Sam but I don't think her being a mole inside of 3E and a double agent is the big dark secret of hers. Could be though. I just want to play the game!!

That is the only reasonable explanation. After Lambert's "death" at the hands of Sam, he wanted to avoid the whole "I'm Alive" talk with Sam, so he dresses up as one of Sam's old contacts, duh Twisted Evil

Lambert got his hands on advanced stealth tech (like the ones seen in the GR: Future Soldier teaser). Then he reprogrammed it to look like Grim What a Face

It's not until Sam slaps the shit outta Grim (which I've seen in one scene) that he realizes its Lambert and proceeds to shoot him again Crying or Very sad
